Week 1 weight loss challenge

Carol and I started this blog as a way to hold ourselves and each other accountable for what we eat and how much we exercise. Now that we are both closer to 40 than we are to 30, we decided it was time to look Fabulous by Forty!!!

Starting this Friday, we will start blogging what we eat each day and how much we exercise. Then each Friday, we will post how much weight we have lost for the week. We are NOT posting our actual weight, just our weight loss. LOL! Stay tuned as we both look FABULOUS BY FORTY!!!!
